About Us

Miami Tees Online ("we," "us") is a custom apparel printing business located at 5120 NW 165th Street, Bay 101, Miami Gardens, FL 33014. We have served Miami businesses since 1988.

Quotes and Orders

  • Quotes are provided free of charge, usually within one hour during business hours (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM ET).
  • A quote becomes an order once you approve it and we confirm receipt of your artwork and any required deposit.
  • Prices are per piece, per print location, as listed on our pricing pages or your written quote.

Artwork

  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any artwork, logos, or designs you submit. By submitting artwork, you confirm you own it or have permission to reproduce it.
  • We are not liable for trademark or copyright issues arising from artwork you provide.

Production and Turnaround

  • Standard production time is approximately 7–10 working days after approval and receipt of all materials.
  • We do not offer same-day printing.
  • Delivery dates are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by suppliers, shipping carriers, or events beyond our control.

Pickup and Delivery

  • Free local pickup is available at our Miami Gardens warehouse.
  • Delivery options and fees are confirmed at the time of order. Delivery is not free unless explicitly stated in your quote.

Payment

  • Payment terms are confirmed with your order. Orders may require a deposit before production begins.
  • Custom-printed items are made to order and are non-returnable except in the case of our production error.

Cancellations and Changes

  • Changes to an order may not be possible once production has started and may incur additional charges.
  • Cancellations after production has begun are subject to charges for work already completed.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
